Alain "Lino" Tadros is President & CEO of Falafel Software, a Silicon Valley based company, with presence in Colorado,Texas, Michigan, Florida and North Carolina, dedicated to providing world-class consulting, training, and software development for small, medium, and enterprise level businesses. Prior to founding Falafel, Lino was a member of the development team at Borland for Delphi and C++Builder. Sean comes in with almost over 20 years experience of accounting and management skills including all aspects of billing, A/R and A/P general ledger postings, and payroll processing. Also, he’s very efficient in optimized bookkeeping principles, debits, credits, taxes and closings. Sean’s specialties include proven problem-solving, analytical and creative thinking skills, ability to function with a do-whatever-it-takes attitude, strong capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Sean has a passion for traveling, hiking, photographing and exploring any mountain state that has alpine lakes and waterfalls, he loves to play tennis, ping pong and beach volleyball.
Kris Lankford, VP of Product Marketing
Kris Lankford is the VP of Product Marketing at Falafel Software where he enjoys working with an exciting team to bring new products to market. This job keeps him on the go, engaged in the community and continually learning about new technologies that can make a difference in consumer’s lives. Kris has more than fifteen years of experience in the software/IT Industry spanning engineering, lean startups, DevOps consulting/solutions, leading agile teams, and product management. Through this journey, Kris has participated in startups, numerous consulting companies and has been a Senior Product Manager for Microsoft where he lead the charge for developer tools and cloud.
When he is not thinking about how to make the software world a better place, he enjoys coaching youth sports and experiencing outdoor activities with his awesome family.
Fred Namek, Vice President of Manufacturing
Over thirty years of experience in the Semiconductor Equipment Market, Water Purification Equipment and Nuclear piping systems. Proven track record in designing equipment, manufacturing, testing, marketing and sales. Co-founder of Ultra t Equipment Company, a company specializing in a line of automated and manual cleaning, stripping, developing and coating systems for the Semiconductor, Flat Panel Displays and Thin Film Heads markets.
Implemented Quality Control procedures, Process Tests protocols and Equipment certifications (CE, UL and SEMI). Developed marketing and sales teams covering the USA, Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
Noel Rice, Master Consultant
Noel has over 20 years of experience in the software industry including numerous successful projects in the industries of medical, telecom, financial and manufacturing. He has also worked as a lead developer on major projects for Hewlett Packard and Johnson & Johnson. Matt has been involved in the arts his entire life. Attending art schools since he was 5, it was only natural that his career be surrounded by the creative. From layout, illustration, concept design, to photography and animation, he strives to keep on the cutting edge of contemporary design.

Adam Anderson is a Microsoft Certified Solution Developer with over 14 years of experience. He started as a consultant using Delphi to rapidly deliver custom, high-quality business solutions in a wide variety of industries. Jason was previously a Microsoft MVP for SQL, and is currently a Microsoft MVP for Visual C#. When not working or speaking, you can find him writing a number of casual games currently in the Windows Store, fishing for catfish in the local river, or riding his motorcycle across the flattest part of Ohio.
Bary Nusz, Software Architect
Falafel’s “Tinkerer-in-Chief”. Bary’s career has taken him from the oil field services industry, to LCD research, and to the DOE. He’s served as a lead researcher, designer, and programmer on numerous systems that encompassed a wide range of technologies such as ultrasonics, eddy current, and down-hole viscosity measurements — all along the way using the latest software technologies to solve complex control and data imaging challenges. With numerous patents and engineering/scientific achievement awards he finds no challenge too hard to handle. During the spring he spends time chasing down severe storms, and in the summer spends time at the lake with his family. He also enjoys competing as an epee fencer along with his son and daughter. Bary has a BS in Electrical Engineering from Texas Tech University.
Rachel Hagerman, Senior Software Engineer
Rachel finds joy in meeting challenges in her career and her life. After deciding to pursue a career in electronics, and as one of only a handful of female students in her department, Rachel graduated at the top of her class with a BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Oklahoma State University. Two years after graduation, she was leading the software design team on a multi-million dollar testing system for the Department of Energy. Rachel has experience in circuitry design and automated test systems, but her true passion has always been for software.
Rachel loves to spend time with her husband and daughters on their Oklahoma cattle ranch enjoying horseback riding, taking photos, and making memories with her extended family.
Josh Morales, Software Consultant
Josh has been developing with Sitefinity since 2008, eventually earning Telerik MVP status and later an official Developer Support Specialist for Sitefinity at Telerik. His interest lie in expanding and extending the Sitefinity platform, adding new features and functionality to help end users make the most out of their website. Josh is also passionate about all flavors of .NET and develops apps for both Windows Phone and the Windows 8 store.
Music is Josh’s other passion, and in his spare time, he spins and produces electronic music under the name DJ SelArom.
Venkata Koppaka, Software Archirtect
Venkata Koppaka has over 7 years experience developing variety of line of business applications to various financial and IT organizations. Venkata has been developing with all Telerik products since 2008, he ended working for Telerik on Sitefinity team as a senior developer for Ecommerce module. He is extremely interested in developing custom solutions for Sitefinity based Ecommerce stores. Venkata is a big fan of Test Driven Development and strives himself to write code that is completely testable and modular.
Venkata has a Masters in Computer Science from Syracuse University, which drives his continuos learning addiction. In his spare time, Venkata develops apps for Windows Phone 8 platform and learns the most cutting edge technologies in software development.
When he is not spending time on computer writing software, Venkata enjoys reading about cars and watching football.
Heather Kostes, Senior Project Manager
Heather is a Project Management Professional (PMP) with over 15 years of experience in Project, Program and Account Management. She has a background working in various industries including finance, insurance and technology; most recently working for Microsoft in the MVP program. Throughout her career, Heather’s focus and passion have been on building strong customer relationships and delivering value to the customer via clear communication and consistent follow through.
Heather recently relocated to Silicon Valley from Seattle, WA and is enjoying exploring all that the area has to offer. Health and fitness are also a great passion of hers and Heather is a certified Pilates instructor.
Kevin Babcock, Senior Software Engineer
Kevin Babcock began his career as an IT professional for the U.S. Air Force in the late 90s. After 9 years of service he transitioned from the armed forces to the private sector, simultaneously making the switch to software development. Kevin returned to school to finish his degree and, by the time he graduated, held several part-time jobs as a software developer and Microsoft student evangelist. It was during his time in college that Kevin fell in love with web development and .NET. After graduating, Kevin joined Telerik as a Developer Evangelist and spent the next year sharing his passion for software development at conferences and user groups around the country. Since then Kevin has developed software for companies in a variety of industries, from government (defense) to major league sports. Most recently he was the lead developer on a web-based scouting solution for Major League Baseball clubs. Kevin has a degree in Computer Science from Texas A&M University and is a Telerik MVP.
Kevin has two young sons. When he’s not spending time with them or writing code, he enjoys biking, fishing, and catching the occasional Aggie football game. Gig ‘em!

He has been a Microsoft MVP in ASP.NET since 2012. Keith is an active member of the developer community who speaks regularly at local and regional user groups and developer events as well as at national and international conferences. He has been featured multiple times in MSDN magazine and has authored courses for Pluralsight.
Keith has two wonderful daughters and is married to his high school sweetheart who is still way out of his league! When not slinging code, Keith enjoys spending time with his family, martial arts, soccer, running, and biking.
Carey Payette, Senior Software Engineer
Carey Payette has over 14 years professional IT experience in industries ranging from government, to private sector and utilities holding multiple titles throughout this time including support developer/technician, data architect, software developer, software architect and enterprise architect. Carey's an ASPInsider and was a recipient of the Microsoft MVP award in Client App Dev from 2009-2011. She also serves as the Treasurer for the US National GiveCamp organization and is a member of the Stir Trek conference organizing committee. Carey is a mom to 3 fabulous boys, a black belt in Taekwondo and enjoys coding for fun!

Tillman Dickson, Software Engineer
Tillman brings almost three decades of extensive experience in the software and technology industries as an electrical engineer and developer.
He has a proven track record for designing, developing and managing software for a range of industries including defense, finance, agriculture, charitable foundations and more. Tillman has personally designed and developed a range of solutions, migrated numerous pre-exisisting software development processes and products to new technology platforms, and directed the completely new product lines.
